The Allergy Shop has been Australia's trusted specialist for allergy and eczema care since 2011 — born from personal experience, built on genuine expertise.
It started with a family member. Watching someone you love deal with the daily discomfort of allergies and eczema — the itching, the sleepless nights, the frustration of trying product after product that simply didn't work — changes how you see the world. It makes you look harder, ask more questions, and refuse to settle for "good enough."
That search for real answers is what led to The Allergy Shop. We couldn't find a single place in Australia where allergy sufferers could access the kind of specialist products that actually make a difference — items recommended by dermatologists and allergists abroad, but nearly impossible to find locally. So we built one.
"We don't stock products because they're popular. We stock them because we'd genuinely recommend them to our own family."
Over the years, we've developed deep knowledge across every category we carry — from wet wrapping for eczema and DermaSilk therapeutic clothing, to nickel-free accessories and anaphylaxis management. We've spoken with hundreds of customers, learned from their experiences, and used that knowledge to constantly improve what we offer and how we advise.

He is responsible for overseeing operations, logistics, and the overall customer experience, ensuring orders are handled efficiently and with care. His focus is on delivering a smooth, reliable service and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction at every step. He is committed to continuously improving processes to better serve customers and meet their expectations.
