Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide and internationally on a daily basis via Australia Post E-Parcel.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to check the status of your delivery.

IMPORTANT: If you haven't received any email from us, we kindly recommend checking your junk and spam folders.

There are three shipping options for Australia:

- Regular e-Parcel Post with tracking code by Australia Post @ $6.95 flat rate - delivery time: 1-5 working days. Remote or regional areas sometimes require two or more extra days. It does require a signature upon receipt of goods. 

- Express e-Post by Australia Post with tracking code by Australia Post @ $11.95 flat rate (max 1 kg) - delivery time: 1-2 working days. Remote or regional areas sometimes require two or more extra days. It does require a signature upon receipt of goods. 

- Free Shipping for orders over AUD$150.00 (Within Australia Only). Parcel will be sent as Regular e-Parcel Post with a tracking code.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Australia Post has experienced some delays in delivering domestic parcels. For all the details, please visit: Australia Post and COVID19

IMPORTANT: We ship only from Monday to Friday excluding Australian Public Holidays and week-ends. For same day dispatch, orders need to be received by 10:00 am (Sydney Time). Nevertheless, due to high volume of orders or the product not being available, we cannot guarantee that all orders received by 10:00 am will be dispatched on the same day.

BED PROTECTION and DERMASILK items will need some few extra days for delivery.

Orders are carefully packed in boxes or heavy duty envelopes to prevent damage and to ensure you will receive your goods in the best possible condition.
