"Hypoallergenic Toys for Kids: Safe and Fun Playtime Solutions"

The Allergy Shop has meticulously curated a range of toys specifically crafted to mitigate allergic reactions and can also undergo a treatment process to ensure they are hypoallergenic.

1. Specifically designed:

Right Materials: Opt for hypoallergenic materials for the bear's outer fabric. Look for materials that are less likely to trap allergens, such as tightly woven cotton on the outer and synthetic fabrics for for the filling designed to repel allergens.

Avoid Plush Fur: Avoid teddy bears with long, plush fur as they can trap dust and other allergens more easily. Opt for shorter, tightly woven fabrics. Our teddy bears are designed without fur or clothing to minimize the accumulation of dust and allergens.

2. Our selected toys can go through the follwing treatment:

Regular Washing: our teddy bears are machine washable, gentle cycle in a wash at 30 degree to kill dust mites and remove allergens. Use mild detergent specifiaclli desigend for sensiteive skin.

Freezing: Dust mites can't survive extreme temperatures. Place the teddy bear in a sealed plastic bag and freeze it for at least 24 hours to kill any dust mites.

Vacuuming: Use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to remove dust, allergens and mites from the surface of the teddy bear. Make sure to use a nozzle attachment with a soft brush to avoid damaging the fabric.

Sun Exposure: Direct sunlight can help kill dust mites and remove moisture from the stuffed toy. Place the teddy bear in direct sunlight for a few hours, but be careful not to leave it out too long to prevent fading.
