- Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online business only. Items can be purchased online only and they will be delivered via E-Parcel from Australia Post. 

- Do you ship everywhere in Australia?

Yes, we ship Australia wide and internationally on a daily basis.

- What are the shipping costs?

In Australia we have 2 flat fees: $6.95 for normal parcels and $11.95 for express delivery (max 1 kg) and a free delivery for orders over $150.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Australia Post has experienced some delays in delivering domestic parcels. For all the details, please visit: Australia Post and COVID19

For international orders the fees are based on the location and the weight of the parcel. For international delivery you can place an order and before payment the system will calculate shipping charges in Australian dollars.

- I haven't received my tracking details.

Every order once dispatched will receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received your tracking details your parcel has either not been dispatched yet, the email sent went into your junk mail or the email provided is not correct. For any concern about your order please contact us.

- What is the delivery time?

All orders once dispatched will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated time of delivery. In Australia parcels are usually delivered in a few days.

- Are you based in Australia?

Yes, we are an Australian business based in Sydney. 

- Can I get medical advice from The Allergy Shop?

No, sorry! We can provide general information about our products but in no circumstances, we can provide medical advice. For any health concerns we always advise to seek medical professional support.
