These ready-to-wear garments are commonly used for wet wrapping therapy, dry wrapping therapy, and to help keep steroids, emollients, ointments, and moisturisers in close contact with the skin for longer periods. This can help improve skin hydration, soothe irritated skin, and support eczema care routines recommended by healthcare professionals.

The Comfifast™ Easywrap™ range includes garments for full body coverage, from head coverings and balaclavas through to vests, leggings, tights, sleeves, gloves, and socks, making them ideal for head-to-toe eczema management and sensitive skin protection.

Manufactured using advanced MultiStretch™ technology, the garments provide radial, longitudinal, and diagonal stretch for a comfortable fit and complete freedom of movement. The soft, lightweight, and breathable fabric is designed to minimise irritation while allowing the skin to breathe, making the garments comfortable for both daytime and overnight wear.

Comfifast™ garments are reusable, durable, and machine washable up to 30 times, while the Stay Soft fabric helps maintain softness even after repeated washing.
